讲座内容简介：
Physical and chemical foundations of synthesis from the active gas phase, structure and properties of micro-and nanocomposite polymer and inorganic (carbon - based) coatings are considered. The regularities of gas phase generation in electron beam dispersion, nucleation and growth of polymer-based coatings are presented. The features of formation of doped and multilayer carbon coatings from pulsed cathode plasma are determined. The most effective technical solutions of functional coatings formation for various purposes are presented: anti-friction doped carbon diamond-like coatings; nanoscale composite polymer-based layers with high antibacterial, sensory, hydrophobic, anti-friction properties.
主讲人简介：
Rahachou Aliaksandr教授，白俄罗斯科学院院士。2004-2016年曾任职白俄罗斯戈梅尔国立大学校长。主要从事表面材料镀膜/沉积/表面处理、等离子体物理及化学、纳米光学与材料等方面的前沿实验与理论研究，在金属/介质/纳米碳结构/金属氧化物等材料超薄多膜层沉积、镀膜及其应用等领域有国际领先的技术及丰富的研究经验。已发表640余篇科学论文，包括8本专著，80余项专利。主持BFBR、INTAS、中白科技国际合作交流项目等多项科研项目，培养16名博士生。
