讲座内容简介：
With four exceptions, we prove surjectivity of odd power word maps on finite quasisimple simple groups. More precisely, we prove the following: if $N$ is any odd integer, then the word map $(x,y) \mapsto x^Ny^N$ is surjective on every finite quasisimple simple group except $\SL_2(q)$ ($q\equiv3\pmod 4$), $\tw2 \G_2(3^{2e+1})$ ($e> 0$),$3.\E^\e_6(2^f)$ and $\SL^\e_n(2^f)$ ($\gcd(n,2^f-\e)\not=1$).
主讲人简介：
王磊，博士，云南大学数学与统计学院副教授。师从国际知名置换群论和代数组合学家李才恒教授，2018年在北京大学国际数学中心完成博士后研究，合作导师为张继平院士，研究方向为群及其表示与代数组合。主持国家自然科学基金地区项目一项，面上项目一项。其主要研究成果发表在J. Lond. Mathe. Soc.、J. Algebra、J. Algebraic Combin.等期刊。
